Ruyan,

You should make use of the questions as headings and give specific answers.

Also make sure you add the image in the diary as instructed. You can use the image icon here to add an image. It doe not have to be an image you have taken yourself. Any image to show how you feel.

Also, this should be a page inside your diary. Do not create a new diary every week. You need a new page inside the same diary every week.
